Do you know your creative type?

I hope this Monday started exactly they way you wanted it to.

Due to the excessive amount of time we spend at home these days, some of us are re-discovering the joy of our own creativity. We dig out old brushes and paints, dust off notebooks, open half-done story drafts, or - like me - use up all the wool in the house to make little pouches, hairbands, and, oh well, dreadlocks for a Bob Marley hat (more to this later). 🧶

The magical act of creating - meaning: bringing a thought, a hunch, an idea into our 3-dimensional reality - can be regarded as one of humanity's super-powers, and is deeply rooted inside everyone of us. It surely is one the same genius level as our capacity for compassion and curiosity (often, you'll find these three interlinked), leading to wonderful discoveries such as the art of making a perfect cappuccino!

Thanks to my lovely friend Naina, I discovered Adobe's "Creative Types Test", which is not only a benchmark of conducting a visually brilliant survey, but also an entertaining start into your (work) week. Based in psychology research, the test assesses your basic habits and tendencies - how you think, how you act, how you see the world - to help you better understand who you are as a creative.
