Good morning, lovely souls! 🌿

It’s August, full moon and … I am back! 💖🙌 #yeahyeahyeah

Good morning wonderful shining souls, how are you on this Tuesday after a miracelous full moon night? 🌿 I am sending a tight hug your way, and if you haven’t said it to yourself this morning, then please listen to my words: HELLO, YOU ARE AMAZING, I BELIEVE IN YOU, NICE BUTT. 🤗

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I know, I know, it’s been a while, but I know that you have not forgotten me completely. So many of you sent wonderful warm messages over the last couple of weeks, asking me if I am alright (Yes, I am indeed!), if the message broadcast has stopped (No, I just took a little break!), or if some of you had been kicked off the WhatsApp list (Nope, not a single one. Ever!). It made me feel very fuzzy inside, like a soda bottle right after you shake it, that this little project here seems to entertain many, and sometimes even helps some of you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - I am back on duty, with the aim to make your days nothing but a little bit happier.🦄 #yeahyeahyeah

Monty Python’s humour teaches us to not take ourselves - or the world - so seriously for a moment. So why not do a ‘Silly Walk’ today?
I am dead serious: Sometimes we just have to be a little bit silly - especially during those moments when we feel the most sad, hopeless and uninspired. Science proves that a good, solid laugh not only strengthens our immune systems, boosts the overall mood, burns 40 calories per hour (oh well), diminishes pain, and even protects us from the damaging effects of stress, no, laughing brings us closer to who we really are: Imperfect, wonderful, delightful beings that are here together to enjoy this crazy ride called life. 💥🍀🤗

So make sure you crack up today at least once! Let loose, forget your sorrows for a moment, and brighten up not only your day, but also share the infectious joy of happiness with whoever is around. An easy way to get to it is to grab your sibling, BFF, or parent, and walk through your house - or, if you are brave enough, through your residential complex / office / roadside / grocery shop - in Monty Python’s famous ‘silly walk’. Do it with a straight face (don’t forget, it is surely a ministerial responsibility in a parallel universe), and go for it. The question is not IF you can do the silly walk, but HOW SILLY can it be? For inspiration, I always recommend to go back to the classic starring the phenomenal John Cleese. If you manage to make a flash mob out of it and film your version of the Silly Walk, I will crochet you all a set of Pottsies! 😝

A small note from my end: I will try to keep my schedule from here onwards to MINIMUM twice a week! 🤗 💖 #yeahyeahyeah

Stay safe, stay happy, and
With love from Goa,
Isabelle 🌿
